How do I run Screention on Arch Linux?
You can download our portable universal .AppImage. Make it executable with chmod +x screention_*.AppImage and run it. It contains all required libraries and does not pollute your pacman package cache.
Does Screention work with tiling Wayland window managers like Hyprland and Sway?
Yes. In desktop environments with XDG Desktop Portal support, Screention captures via the portal. For standalone Wayland compositors (Hyprland, Sway, river), Screention includes automatic fallback to grim. Just ensure grim is installed via: sudo pacman -S grim.
How does Screention perform on Arch Linux?

Can I bind it to a Hyprland or Sway keybinding?
